3D printing
Our printer farm offers professional 3D scanning, modeling, and printing services using FDM and MLSA methods.
Why choose 3D printing?
- Design freedom - 3D printing surpasses traditional manufacturing methods with its unique operating principle that allows for the creation of special geometries that cannot be achieved by other means.
- Industrial level accuracy - our 3D printers can ensure accuracy up to 10µm (0.01 mm).
- Rapid prototyping - with 3D printing we can produce a full prototype in 1-4 hours, allowing for quick design modifications.
- Material variety - a wide range of 3D printing materials allows you to choose the most suitable material for your needs.
- Mass production without large initial capital - 3D printing allows for the mass production of specialized products without initial capital.
- The ability to print on demand - each part can be printed with specific requirements and special attachments.

FDM printing
FFF/FDM (Fused Deposit Modeling) is the most popular 3D printing technology that uses solid plastic filaments for printing. The solid plastic is fed into the printer's nozzle where it is heated to melting temperature and extruded through a tube onto the printer buildplate. At the same time, the printer's nozzle moves along the X and Y axes, laying down a thin layer of plastic. In this way, the desired part is printed layer by layer. This printing technology is characterized by fast printing, the ability to print in different colors in one job, and a variety of materials used.
Accuracy: 0.2 mm on XY axes, up to 0.08 mm on Z axis.
Maximum volume of the printed part: 256 x 256 x 256 mm
MSLA printing
MSLA (Masked Stereolithography) is a less popular 3D printing technology that uses photosensitive resin. The printing platform is lowered from the top into the bottom of the resin vat, where an LCD screen emits 405 nm light to solidify a thin layer of resin on the printing platform. Then the printing platform is lifted and the process is repeated until the desired shape is fully printed. This 3D printing method requires additional post-processing of parts after printing to fully remove hazardous excess resin, but the final result yields exceptional part quality.
Accuracy: XY axes - 19 x 24 µm², Z axis - 0.01 mm (10µm)
Maximum printing detail volume - 218.88 × 122.88 × 220 mm
